John Seitz helped us navigate through a very complex real estate transaction. In the midst of the COVID pandemic, John was a reliable stabilizing presence as we searched for the perfect home to replace the Uptown house we decided to sell. Both an optimist and a pragmatist, John could translate our wishes to other agents and to contractors, with his extensive background as a general contractor, finding us a home that was mostly in good condition but in need of some TLC. He provided excellent advice in vetting contractors and in closing the gap between the seller's expectations and our capacity to compromise. John's passion for his work is genuine, and he is always a joy to work with. Even after we put him through the wringer! His patience and professionalism can't be overstated. And it didn't end at contract. He's always available to validate questions we've had through the renovation process, and to always lend a hand whenever he needs to.
