After renting a house in New Orleans, I decided I was ready to buy a house. Several of my co-workings had recently purchased homes and each had used different realtors. I questioned each person about their realtor and the people that received the most praise were the realtor duo of Bryan Francher and Leslie Perrin of Latter & Blum. In January, I made an appointment with Bryan and Leslie to discuss my housing options. Due to their business manners, promptness and truthfulness, I felt confident that I would be able to find a home. I had a strict list of requirements that I wanted in a home. Just a couple of weeks after our initial meeting they found a home that was under complete renovation. The house was several months away from completion, however, Bryan and Leslie assured me that it would make a beautiful home. They were right!! Due to unpredictable complications, Bryan and Leslie were forced and successful in jumping through hoops, making legal connections, and going overboard to insure that I received that house. They went above and beyond, were always available (anytime day, night or weekend), pleasant and knowledgeable when called** and always present at appointments. Besides being really sharp realtors** they are also very personable people who are a joy to work with. I know that without them and all of their hard work and support** I wouldn't have closed on my new home. I highly recommend the realtor duo of Bryan Francher and Leslie Perrin to anyone needing the services of a real estate agency.
