My wife and I got great results with Josee helping to find us the perfect Uptown home for us in just a few weeks. We knew the house she found for us wouldn't stay on the market long, so we immediately worked with Josee to make an offer that was accepted. But, then we were nervous that we would own two houses until we could sell our current home - well Josee sold that house for us on the day of the Open House! It all worked out great, and we highly recommend Josee.

Josee has been our realtor since 2013 when I met her at an open house and I walked away with the impression that she was one feisty realtor who would get things done. Since then, we have sold 2 homes with her, purchased 2 new homes with her, used her to rent a home, and to rent out an apartment. She is like family to us, and there is no other realtor I could recommend more. Josee always makes herself available to us, and answers every crazy question I have ever posed to her. She has always had our best interest at heart. I have recommended her to several friends who have used her and loved her as well. In fact, now that we have found our forever home, I miss her so much that I have to plan lunch dates just to see her. If you want someone who knows the market, understands the differences between what people want, and what people need, can be a guiding hand through a sometimes stressful process, and will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy, then give Josee a call.

Josee, Just want to send my thanks for all you do for us. We recently had a friend suggest we use a service that charged a low fee to sell our house. When I explained to her that we loved our Realtor she said, "Why would you give your money away?". I simply told her that our Realtor more than earns her money.
